Do We Buy Cards

Our Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled prior to the shipping of the item, but a 15% fee will be applied.
- Once the product is shipped the order cannot be cancelled.
Our Pre-Order Policy
- Pre Orders can be cancelled prior to the shipping of the item, but a 15% fee will be applied. Once the product is shipped the order cannot be cancelled.
- If a product is delayed due to a manufacturer issue then the order is still subject to the cancelation fee. We will ship the product as soon as it arrives otherwise.
When will you ship my preorder?
We aim to ship preorders to arrive on or shortly after the release date of a product. Per manufacturer policies, we cannot have a product delivered before the street date nor release a product in our stores before the release date.
Our Return Policy
- We do not accept returns on any Trading Card Games. This includes sealed and singles.
- If we make a mistake on sending you an order, we will send you a return label to return the product.
Do You Sell Resealed Product?
No, we do not sell resealed product. All pre-order products are received directly from our distributors; otherwise; sealed products are either directly from our distributors or inspected prior to being added to our stock.
Price Matching or Adjustments?- We do not offer price matching. We have pricing based on supply and demand for a product.
- We do not offer partial refunds as prices change.
Can We Hold a Product?
No, all of our products are sold on a first come first serve basis.
Where Do We Ship To?
- We offer shipping to the contiguous United States, Alaska & Hawaii.
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
Lost & Damaged Packages Policy
We use third-party shipping companies such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Risk of loss and damage will pass onto the Buyer when the product is accepted by the shipping carrier. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have an order delivered to a secure location to try and mitigate package theft. We are not liable for package theft and damage in transit. If theft or damage does occur, it will be the responsibility of the Buyer to try and work with the shipping carrier to resolve any and all issues.
